This is a junior, entry-level role for someone who wants to become an FX dealer – not stay in sales forever. You'll start on the phones. High activity. High volume. Calling MDs and FDs at UK businesses about their FX needs. It's tough. You'll hear "no" constantly. But it's where every successful dealer we know started.

What you'll earn
Base salary £24k + uncapped commission structure.
The reality
Most of your day will be on the phone. You will get rejected. A lot. You will need consistency and professionalism.
