Job Title: Multi Skilled Warehouse Operative
Department: Logistics
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Overall Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to operate a forklift truck and control stock management as instructed by the Logistics Manager.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Ensure work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and GMP practice.
- Report matters of Health & Safety directly to your manager or deputy.
- Maintain working area to required audit standards (15min ready)
- Report FLT/equipment and breakdowns/damage to your manager or deputy.
- Manage unloading/loading of deliveries/collections, complete relevant compliance checks, stock control and storage of goods into warehouses.
- Ensure stock is controlled to meet FIFO rules.
- Use SAP/WMS functions (including scanning) to manage inventory levels.
- Complete bi-weekly housekeeping and manual stock checks.
- Financial mid/year end stocktakes (SOX compliance)
- Provide cross functional support to roles within the Logistics Department.
- Any other reasonable task as requested by your supervisor/manager

FLT Operations(4yrs). Manufacturing warehouse (2-3yrs) Knowledge of RF Scanning systems and management of.
SAP & SAP/WMS experience.
