We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Liaison Manager to work across three vibrant London retail schemes in Angel, Hammersmith and Fulham. As Retail Liaison Manager, your role is to collect, analyse and interpret retail sales and performance data to support leasing decisions, strengthen retailer relationships, and optimise marketing activity. You’ll act as the link between centre management, retailers, and the wider marketing team – ensuring insight-led decision-making across all three schemes.
Duties
- Lead on the collection, verification, and reporting of weekly, monthly and seasonal sales data.
- Monitor store performance trends to identify risks, opportunities and trading patterns.
- Provide clear insight to support retail leasing pipelines, tenant mix improvements and commercial planning.
- Maintain accurate retailer databases, trading records and qualitative feedback logs.
- Present sales summaries and performance commentary for centre reports and landlord updates.
- Act as the go-to contact for store managers and head office retail teams.
- Gather operational and customer insight from retailers to support marketing planning.
- Ensure retailers are briefed and equipped for campaign rollouts, promotions and events.
- Uphold brand consistency across in-centre POS and retailer-led activations.
- Manage the centre’s app for retailer comms.
- Feed sales and customer insight into marketing strategies to strengthen effectiveness.
- Support delivery of in-centre events, seasonal campaigns and community initiatives.
- Manage distribution of marketing collateral and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
- Contribute to KPI reporting across footfall, sales, engagement and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business, retail management or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in retail operations, centre management, or retail marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting sales data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, reporting tools, and core marketing platforms.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
