About the Team:

Community Works is Lambeth’s in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), delivering high-quality communal repairs, estate-based maintenance, and planned improvement works across the borough. • Qualified plasterer (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Experience in plastering repairs (patching, skimming, boarding, rendering).

  • Good customer service and ability to work independently.
  • Experience using handheld PDA/job management systems.
  • Ability to correctly apply SOR codes for plastering and associated multi-trade works.

We particularly welcome applications from Lambeth residents who want to help improve their local estates.
