The Gas Compliance Officer role is a crucial position in Lambeth's Compliance Team. The post holder brings proven front-line experience of working with teams within the Organisation and within a team of four. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to act as the lead point of contact for issues relating to gas servicing in a particular housing area. The Officer will be responsible for attending court on behalf of the Council under delegated duty to obtain warrants for gas entry.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
- A working knowledge of computer software applications - at least Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required
- Proven suitable experience and knowledge in a field of work closely related to Gas Compliance
- Ability to work within a team
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working with customers, stakeholders, Members, Colleagues
- Ensuring Compliancy is always maintained
