We work in collaboration with internal Children Social Care teams/professionals, external partners and community services. Our framework is to assess families, create a plan then review the plan every 6 weeks. Early Help Team Managers are integral part of service delivery, ensuring that families get the right support at the right time.
About the Role
The Early Help Team Manager works in collaboration with the Service Manager to quality assure the work, raise standards, drive performance and develop/improve best practice. You will be managing a team of Early Help Practitioners, and you will be part of a manager duty system that triages referrals coming into the service – deciding what is the best pathway for families whether that is signposting or allocation for an assessment.
