Creative Link Worker REF: 2944 PO2: £44,937 pa rising in annual increments to £47,925 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment Opportunity - Full Time About the Role You will be responsible for maximising the potential for young people not in education, employment or training aged 16‑24, to develop confidence, connections, skills development and paid employment in the creative and digital industries.
Working closely with ELEVATE and Lambeth Made colleagues as well as internal and external referral partners, you will recruit young people to the programme and deliver tailored ‘wraparound’ 1:1 employability support, connecting them to relevant training and paid (London Living Wage) employment opportunities in the creative and digital industries.
You will also meet targets, KPIs and objectives of the Next‑Us programme and demonstrate success against accurate monitoring and evaluation reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities Recruit and support young people 16‑24 to progress into training and employment in creative and digital sectors.
Deliver tailored 1:1 employability support and wraparound services.
Collaborate with referral partners to identify suitable pathways.
Meet programme targets, KPIs and objectives.
Prepare and submit monitoring and evaluation reports.
