Lambeth Council is seeking a qualified social worker to join our Information Contact and Assessment Service (ICAS).
The role combines on-site work with a flexible hybrid arrangement (3 days per week on site, 2 days at home) to support adults with complex needs.
You will deliver strength-based, person-centred preventative care, conduct Care Act assessments, and contribute to robust care planning while collaborating with several teams and community partners.
