Lambeth Council is recruiting an Employment Specialist (SEQF) to join the Connect to Work programme. This secondment/fixed-term role supports residents with disabilities and long-term health conditions into meaningful employment, delivering personalised, evidence-based support within NHS, social care and local employer settings.
You will help participants move quickly into work, contribute to data reporting and quality improvement, and receive full training in IPS and SEQF models.
