Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Property Restructuring

We are seeking an ambitious Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading Property Restructuring teams. This is an opportunity to work at the sharp end of real estate market, advising lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors and businesses on complex property situations where strategic thinking, commercial judgement and decisive action matter. No two days are the same. One week you could be valuing a multi-let industrial portfolio; disposing of assets on behalf of administrators; managing a high-profile receivership instruction. The next, you could be helping recover value from distressed assets working alongside LPA Receivers and insolvency professionals, or developing relationships that may generate the next major instruction.
