The position will be based in the London office and will cover the immediate market as well as the wider South East of England region. The successful candidate should be driven, self-starting, client-facing, capable of working independently and as part of a team, collaborative, and eager to develop. This role offers the chance to work with and learn from a recognized expert, contribute to the growth of the LSH business, and expand market share. Main tasks: Assist in generating core fee income from existing instructions and referred work. Assist with securing, managing, and delivering new business, developing client opportunities. Generate annual sales through cross-selling within LSH divisions. Assist in developing and presenting tenders and pitches for new business. Improve working practices and client service delivery. Undertake acquisition and disposal work of office assets. Market the service line and develop opportunities internally and externally. Represent LSH\’s property services to clients. Manage the use of National Property Intelligence for research and business generation. Ensure client account management complies with internal and external standards. Prepare case studies of business wins and successful deals. Engage in PR activities through reporting deals, wins, and thought leadership. Main capabilities: The candidate should have proven experience in the office market, preferably in London and the South East. They should possess commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a track record with occupational, institutional, or property company clients. Understanding client requirements, market trends, and demonstrating professionalism and ambition are essential.
