The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the surveying department, delivering day-to-day property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties for our varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Charge Management
- Code service charge invoices, coordinating with the accounts team to arrange timely payments.
- Liaise with the accounts team, surveyors and facilities managers on day-to-day service charge matters.
- Monitor service charge expenditure by completing quarterly variance reports, holding meetings with the surveyors and facilities managers to close out actions.
- Work alongside the surveyors to prepare and issue the annual service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
- Extract and interpret relevant information from legal documentation and update database records via input forms accordingly.
- Liaise with tenants and suppliers to help with the day-to-day running of the property.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy schedules.
- Assist with tenant inspections where required.
- Prepare client reports.
- Complete the onboarding of new properties and process closures for sold properties.
- Process RPI-linked rent reviews.
- Create, amend and review spreadsheets, utilising Excel formulae to analyse and present data effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation and records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to work confidently with figures.
- Competence in creating, amending and reviewing spreadsheets using Excel formulae.
