The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the surveying department, delivering day-to-day property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties for our varied client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Charge Management
  • Code service charge invoices, coordinating with the accounts team to arrange timely payments.
  • Liaise with the accounts team, surveyors and facilities managers on day-to-day service charge matters.
  • Monitor service charge expenditure by completing quarterly variance reports, holding meetings with the surveyors and facilities managers to close out actions.
  • Work alongside the surveyors to prepare and issue the annual service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
  • Property Administration
    • Extract and interpret relevant information from legal documentation and update database records via input forms accordingly.
    • Liaise with tenants and suppliers to help with the day-to-day running of the property.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy schedules.
    • Assist with tenant inspections where required.
    • Prepare client reports.
    • Complete the onboarding of new properties and process closures for sold properties.
    • Process RPI-linked rent reviews.
  • Data Management
    • Create, amend and review spreadsheets, utilising Excel formulae to analyse and present data effectively.
    • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation and records.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Strong numerical skills with the ability to work confidently with figures.
    • Competence in creating, amending and reviewing spreadsheets using Excel formulae.
