Victoria Square, Northern Ireland's premier retail and leisure destination, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support its successful Personal Shopping service. This is more than a retail role – it’s a chance to build relationships, curate fashion-forward experiences and work with some of the top brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and delivering personal shopping appointments – including pre-appointment communication, outfit curation and managing stock.
  • Ensuring every client receives a first-class, personalised service.
  • Actively engaging with all Victoria Square brands to stay up to date on product offerings and trends.
  • Tracking and reporting weekly and monthly performance metrics.
  • Working towards and achieving annual service targets.

Key Requirements

  • Retail experience with a focus on personal shopping or client styling.
  • A strong passion for fashion, products and exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Further Information:

  • Based at Victoria Square, Belfast.
  • 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
  • Temporary contract (3 months initially, with the possibility of extension).
