Working in the valuation team at Lambert Smith Hampton is diverse and rewarding, with your work having a direct impact on your clients' business. We have a national service line from where you can draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge. An example of the services we provide includes:
- Loan security: providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio.
- Alternatives: our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
- Company accounts valuation: providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
- Diminution in value: providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
- Fund valuation: providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.
About the Role:
Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for a Surveyor to join our established Nottingham office in the Valuation Team. This role would be working within an established team, covering a range of property types across the East Midlands region - including mainstream commercial (industrial, office, retail) as well as development sites, residential investments and some more unusual property types in the public sector.

- RICS Registered Valuers looking for a new challenge.
- Newly qualified surveyors or those working towards their RICS APC qualification who wish to train how to be a valuation surveyor.
