Responsibilities

  • Maximise cash collections, working to a weekly cash target
  • Chase outstanding debts by telephone, email and letter
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries
  • Liaise with key stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and real-time information as required
  • Focus on reducing age debt over 90 days
  • Identify unallocated cash receipts from the bank statement and resolve
  • Keep ledgers tidy with a view to reducing the number of accounts, ensuring proper housekeeping of write-offs / matching / unallocated cash actioned regularly
  • Promote the department by maintaining the relationship with our customers, both internal and external in a positive and professional manner at all times
