Job Title: Surveyor / Senior Surveyor
Department: Commercial Property Management
Location: Birmingham
Key focus of job:
To provide effective and efficient Property Management of investment properties for key national and local clients, working in association with the existing property management team across the region.
Main tasks:
- To manage an existing portfolio of both national and local clients across the region.
- To resolve day-to-day property management issues professionally and efficiently.
- Service Charge management including annual budgeting and reconciliations.
- Where appropriate consider and provide advice to protect and/or enhance the client\’s asset value.
- To liaise with clients, contractors and tenants on a regular basis and to work closely with Property Management Accounts in ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients.
- Monitor and manage key lease events, ensuring the accuracy of property management databases.
- To facilitate client meetings as required and ensure client requirements are acted upon and their expectations fulfilled.
- To manage relationships with clients and others in the local and regional property market.
- To continually strive to improve working practices and client service delivery for the whole team.
- To represent LSH and the full range of property related services available to clients.

- MRICS Qualified

- Proven track record of managing service charges for multi-let properties.
- Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and Property Management databases.
- Full UK Driving Licence
