Key Focus of the Job
The Property Manager is responsible for delivering management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates. This role involves direct interaction with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders within their portfolio.
The role requires developing and maintaining a motivated, customer-oriented service, ensuring service standards align with Lambert Smith Hampton Estate Management\’s policies, and complying with legislative, regulatory, and best practice standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
Summary of main duties:
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Managing budgets and client accounts
- Handling insurance matters, including building and Directors & Officers insurance
- Organising and attending meetings such as EGMs, AGMs, directors, and residents meetings
- Managing correspondence and administrative tasks
- Addressing breaches of lease agreements
- Overseeing contractors and maintenance providers
- Managing property sales, including lease assignments
- Handling complaints from clients or residents
