Key Focus of the Job

The Property Manager is responsible for delivering management services to a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates. This role involves direct interaction with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders within their portfolio.

The aim is to develop and maintain a motivated, customer-oriented service, ensuring service standards are met in accordance with Lambert Smith Hampton Estate Management policies, legislative, regulatory, and best practice requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

Summary:

  1. Property inspections and reports
  2. Managing budgets and client accounts
  3. Handling building, directors, and officers insurance
  4. Organising meetings such as EGMs, AGMs, directors, and residents meetings
  5. Correspondence and administration
  6. Addressing breaches of lease
  7. Managing contractors
  8. Property sales and lease assignments
  9. Handling complaints
