Key Focus of the Job

The Property Manager is responsible for delivering management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates. This role involves direct interaction with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders within their portfolio.

The role requires developing and maintaining a motivated, customer-oriented service, ensuring service standards are met according to Lambert Smith Hampton Estate Management policies, legislative requirements, and best practices.

Responsibilities & Duties
