Victoria Square, Northern Ireland's premier retail and leisure destination, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support its successful Personal Shopping service. This is more than a retail role β itβs a chance to build relationships, curate fashion-forward experiences and work with some of the top brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering personal shopping appointments β including pre-appointment communication, outfit curation and managing stock
- Ensuring every client receives a first-class, personalised service
- Actively engaging with all Victoria Square brands to stay up to date on product offerings and trends
- Tracking and reporting weekly and monthly performance metrics
- Working towards and achieving annual service targets
Key Requirements
Essential:
- Retail experience with a focus on personal shopping or client styling
- A strong passion for fashion, products and exceptional customer service
- Confident, personable communication skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Based at Victoria Square, Belfast
