We serve a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals and blue chip FTSE listed companies. We provide expert advice on various building surveying services, including pre-acquisition advice, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, defect advice, as well as contract administration, employer’s agent, and project management services.

- The preparation and service of dilapidations claims for landlords
- Providing strategic dilapidations and exit strategy advice to tenants
- Design and contract administration for projects ranging from small repairs to large projects exceeding one million pounds
- Monitoring developments on behalf of financial institutions
This opportunity:
If successful, you will work within our thriving Building Consultancy team alongside the Director of our Birmingham office. This role offers the chance to work on key commercial real estate projects and benefit from personal development opportunities by working closely with our Head of Building Consultancy. Lambert Smith Hampton also welcomes applications from candidates with RICS-accredited degrees who are looking to start their pathway towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including property developers, investors, and large corporate businesses, providing a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
