Reports To: Process Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas and processing line.
- Clean the processing area (including line/walkways, etc.) from the PEF to the EQ belt.
- Complete sign‑off sheet of cleaning duties.
- Ensure work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and GMP practice.
- Follow BBS (Behavioural Based Safety) – be responsible for own safety and those around you.
- Carry out sanitation duties as required, including shutdown.
- Remain at your workstation until relieved at shift handover.
- Provide on‑the‑job guidance, training and support for colleagues as required.
- Report and escalate any issues with a supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by supervisor or manager.
- Focus on KPIs such as Quality / Foreign material complaints, GMP, downtime, BBS and line rates / recovery (optical clean).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mathematics and English GCSE (or equivalent).
- Lamb Weston chemical training, H+S, GMP RPPT.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory.
- Cleaning / sanitation experience.
