Well-established and experienced corporate and promotional product supplier require a full-time Project Administrator. The role is remote with occasional meetings in the Rickmansworth / Egham areas. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in working from home and being office based when required.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing project schedules, critical timelines, and coordinating departments
- Tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of promotional products
- Maintaining project documentation and processes
- Assisting with budgeting and some accounting duties
- Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Involvement in the company's social media platforms and website
The role also requires similar duties and tasks to be carried out for an associated company as necessary.
