Well-established and experienced corporate and promotional product supplier require a full-time Logistics and Project Administrator – head office based in Rickmansworth but the role is remote with occasional meetings in the Rickmansworth / Egham areas. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in working from home and being office based when required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project schedules, critical timelines, and coordinating departments.
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of promotional products.
  • Maintaining project documentation and processes.
  • Assisting with budgeting and some accounting duties.
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to meet project requirements.
  • Involvement in the company's social media platforms and website.

Skills Required

  • Project management skills: scheduling, coordinating, and tracking project progress.
  • Administrative skills: maintaining project documentation, assisting with budgeting, placing orders.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: liaising with suppliers and clients, ensuring project requirements are met in a timely manner.
