Commercial Property Solicitor with partnership prospects
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our well-established firm with over 200 years of history, based at either our Kettering or Corby office.
There’s also genuine partnership potential for the right person.
Ideally, you’ll have around 5–10 years’ PQE within commercial property and be confident managing your own caseload and client relationships.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong commercial property background
- Has a proven track record of good billing
- Is confident dealing directly with clients
- Is personable, approachable and commercially minded
- Enjoys building relationships and getting involved in business development
- Is ambitious and interested in progressing towards partnership
You’ll have a varied commercial property caseload and will work closely with a mix of long-standing clients and new contacts.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters and related transactions
- Taking responsibility for your own clients and building strong, long-term relationships
- Getting to know your clients and being proactive in understanding what they need
- Supporting the Partners and wider team where required
- Having the freedom to develop relationships and bring in new business
