We are seeking an Associate Solicitor or Legal Director (depending on experience) with at least 3 years’ PQE to join our Company and Commercial team in order to undertake corporate work. This is an exciting role for the right individual to join at a time of expansion in our new collaborative and dynamic Business Services Team.

In particular, the ideal candidate should have experience in providing excellent and strategic advice to clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including the following areas:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Joint ventures
  • Start up work
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation such as share and asset purchase agreements
  • Drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association
  • Working across disciplines to complete due diligence
