Responsibilities
- Engage with business clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requests.
- Send follow-up emails to customers regarding order and dispatch status.
- Process and record customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Update customers on stock levels and product availability.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and generate reports using the CRM system.
- Be involved in reports and sales analysis.
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a Sales Department.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours: office based – Havant 08:30 – 17:00 hours Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
