SENDCO (Part Time Job Share)

As part of a SENDCo job share, you will work collaboratively with an experienced colleague to lead SEND provision across the school, ensuring continuity, shared accountability and effective communication. The role offers flexibility and a positive work-life balance while maintaining high standards of SEND leadership and provision.

Is a highly skilled and reflective practitioner with a passion for inclusion

• Has experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND
• Works effectively in partnership with staff, families and external agencies
• Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all children
