We are currently looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in London. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand equity. Your creative expertise will contribute to achieving our marketing and business goals in the UK market.

What you’ll do:

  • Support our Marketing manager in developing marketing communications materials that meet the internal brief, timeline and budget.
  • Develop AI-assisted video content, motion graphics, and creative assets specifically optimized for UAC, Meta, and IG Reels, alongside core marketing collaterals (web, EDMs, key visuals).
  • Rapidly iterate high-converting short-form video variations while maintaining brand guidelines and strong visual polish.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma holder or above with min. 2 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design or advertising, preferably with hands-on experience on Brand and Marketing communications materials creative development.
  • A solid foundation in graphic design (typography, layout, branding) paired with required hands-on video editing/motion design skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI visual/video tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Seedance, GPT 2, Kling) combined with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Prior agency experience (creative, digital, or social performance agency) is a strong plus.
  • Team-player with startup spirit and able to fit in a fast-paced, diversified and dynamic working environment.
  • Strong graphic sense with excellent eye for details and understanding of design trends.
  • Candidate must submit portfolio along with the resume, Portfolio must show a mix of strong core graphic design assets alongside live examples of short-form video/motion (Meta/Reels/UAC ad formats) and applied Gen AI workflows.
  • Strong sense of local insight in the UK.
