Overview
Lalage Beaumont is a luxury handbag and clothing brand established over 20 years ago, with 3 retail boutiques in prime London locations, a franchise boutique in Saudi Arabia and wholesale accounts with some of the finest retailers in the world. We are expanding our wholesale operation for our handbags and are looking for a Wholesale Sales Associate to join our Wholesale Sales team and help develop this exciting new area.
Wholesale Sales Associate
In the role of Wholesale Sales Associate, you will help create a wholesale network in key markets such as the USA and Europe and manage day-to-day administration for our existing wholesale accounts and new ones as they are established.
Reporting to the Head of Wholesale and being part of a small, passionate and committed team with ambitious growth targets, you will be involved in all aspects of helping to achieve goals to take the business forward internationally.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person who loves to be part of a growing business. Your previous experience may have been working within luxury accessories in a similar role or within retail as a buyer or store manager.

Main Tasks and Key Areas of Work
- Assisting the Head of Wholesale with our franchise partner and existing wholesale accounts
- Developing relationships with our existing accounts by offering exceptional customer service
- Assisting in approaching key accounts and organising appointments
- Looking after all follow up administration such as sending out style books and brand decks
- Collating orders, establishing stock availability, and liaising with the merchandising department
- Organising dispatch of orders, including packing, authentication documents and shipping
- Keeping the showroom organised, tidy, and ready to receive customers at any time
- Being aware of activities of market competitors
- Observing changes in consumer shopping habits relevant to our product offer
Specific job requirements
- Previous relevant commercial experience with luxury accessories
- Able to travel regularly if required within the UK and internationally
- Willing to be office based when not travelling (5 days per week in the London office)
Key Skills

- Extremely well organised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Numerate and very competent with Excel and Google Sheets
