Senior International Wholesale Executive
Location: London (office-based, 5 days per week, with international travel as required)

As we set our sights to expand internationally, particularly across the USA and Europe, we are
seeking a Senior International Wholesale Executive to play a pivotal role in building and nurturing
our global wholesale network.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with proven experience in luxury
wholesale to help shape the international growth of our business. Reporting directly to the Head of
Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing
wholesale relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of all wholesale operations.
You will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, working as part of a small but highly
committed team with ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Head of Wholesale in managing franchise and wholesale partners globally.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts through exceptional
service and regular communication.
· Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale partners in target markets, with a focus on the USA,
Middle East and Europe.
· Coordinate all wholesale administration, including sending lookbooks, brand decks, and seasonal
information to clients and managing JOOR.
· Collate and process orders, monitor stock availability, and liaise closely with the merchandising
department to ensure product is appropriate for our wholesale markets
· Manage the end-to-end order process, from confirmation through to dispatch, including logistics,
documentation, and compliance.
· Ensure the showroom is always prepared, organised, and client-ready.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and opportunities.
· Track and report on wholesale performance, providing insights to support commercial decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Requirements
· Proven commercial experience within luxury fashion or accessories, ideally in wholesale, or buying.
· Strong track record in developing and managing international wholesale accounts.
· Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the UK and internationally.
· London office-based (5 days per week when not travelling).

· Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
· Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Commercially astute, confident in negotiations, and results-driven.
· Numerate, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
