We are growing rapidly and have studios in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune) as well as teams in the US, UK, Japan, and the Philippines.
Our studio works on multiple exciting projects, offering variety and involvement. We have contributed to major IPs like Diablo Resurrected, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Halo Infinite, and others.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Level Designer (UK time zone preferred but not required) for a fully remote 6-month freelance contract starting June 2025, with potential extension.
This role requires working within UK timezone hours.
What we are looking for: Significant experience designing levels for single-player games using Unreal Engine 4 or 5
Proven ability in creating engaging FPS/action gameplay spaces
Ownership of large features or map areas, including planning and scope estimation
Ability to develop benchmarks and metrics for other departments
Deep understanding of level pacing, encounter design, and storytelling through gameplay
Collaboration skills with art and technical teams to meet gameplay and visual goals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience mentoring junior designers
Familiarity with tools like Jira for writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of modular design and hub-style worlds is a plus
Experience with survival or stealth-focused games is a bonus
