We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.
What are we looking for from ideal candidate?
- Experience in managing guest experience, complain handling and atmosphere management
- Confident understanding of UK licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation
- Interest in self-development and growth
- Ability to close and open and operate business to required standard
- Willingness to support and drive business strategies
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
