We are now looking to expand our capital raising efforts and are seeking a senior-level Investor Relations professional to lead fundraising and investor engagement for our flagship multi-manager fund. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, well-connected IR specialist with a deep understanding of the hedge fund landscape and strong experience engaging with family offices, wealth managers, and institutional allocators.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute capital raising initiatives for Falcon's multi-manager fund, targeting HNWIs, family offices, wealth platforms, and institutional investors across the UK and globally.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors while cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients and allocators.
- Represent Falcon at investor meetings, industry events, and conferences, articulating the firm’s investment proposition, performance, and value-add.
- Collaborate with the investment and operations teams to produce compelling marketing materials, presentations, factsheets, and regular investor updates.
- Manage the investor onboarding process in coordination with legal, compliance, and fund administration teams.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for investor due diligence, providing clear and timely responses to RFIs, DDQs, and ongoing queries.
- Gather and relay investor feedback internally, helping shape product development, communications strategy, and client servicing initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management to define and execute a long-term fundraising strategy aligned with Falcon's growth objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business development within the hedge fund, alternatives, or asset management space.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital from sophisticated investors.
- Strong network of allocators including family offices, private banks, fund of funds, and institutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to represent the firm at a senior level.
- Deep understanding of hedge fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and operational due diligence.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and build long-term investor partnerships.
- UK-based and able to travel as required.
