This is a full‑time, mobile role for a Water Softener Engineer, located in Peterborough. The Water Softener Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing water softening systems. Day‑to‑day tasks include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
- Performing routine inspections
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Providing excellent customer service
This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Experience with water treatment, water supply, and water distribution systems
- Knowledge of Fleck, Harveys, Autotrol systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence
