Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We’re looking for a confident, well mannered individual who has a solid work ethic to join the friendly team at our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot at Lakeside Outlet Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques.
• Ability to perform drinks preparation tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service and operations.
