To be part of a team to deliver great customer service to the customer and supporting the customer in making decisions on products they are looking for. Maintaining the shop floor through visual standards set out by the brand and delivering on targets set by the management team. Being a Brand Ambassador for LUKE delivering on core beliefs and behaviors.The successful candidate would be required to work extra hours to cover holidays, weekends and sickness
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering great customer service, by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for products they are wanting to purchase or try on.
- Giving the customer advice on products and outfit building, then linking it all through great product knowledge which support in driving store key performance indicators.
- To ensure the customer has a world class shopping experience whilst in the store and building relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handling customer transactions and payments.
- Maintaining the shop floor, clean and tidy as you go and ensuring the store is kept to a high visual and hygiene standard.
- Dealing with any customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Supporting Stock processes in store through delivery acceptance and stock maintenance.
Key Relationships
Store Sales Supervisors, Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager.
Experience required
- Preferably 1 years' experience of working in a retail or hospitality background.
- Training will be provided
- Have an interest in Fashion
- Attitude and drive to close sales and achieve targets
- Confident and good communicational skills
- Presents themselves well at all times.
0h contracted but to work a minimum of 6-16h a week. Potential for more hours depending on availability & performance.
