Bar Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our Bar Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Hours are naturally seasonal, but there is potential for us to offer approx. 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity for further hours if they become available. Flexibility is key to being successful as shift patterns can vary., * Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.

• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our in house system.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.

• Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.

• A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic is essential., * Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
