Lakeside Park Hotel & spa are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef who is wanting to take their career to the next level.

Lakeside park Hotel & spa has been successfully trading for the last 14 years. It boasts a luxurious spa, 43 well presented superior bedrooms including suite rooms, function rooms and a stunning brasserie with views over terraces and the lake which is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We are looking for someone who will gain the respect of their team and the wider management colleagues. Attention to detail and a positive can do approach will be needed for the right applicant.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and enjoy working with like minded colleagues.

You will want to produce menus that reflect the wonderful local ingredients from the island and further afield.

We are looking for someone who can produce well cooked and great presented dishes.

A full understanding of producing Haccaps, allergens and costings is required.

The right applicant must be able to be part of the wider team and working smoothly with our front of house team is a must.

Our customers are extremely important to us so a commitment to making sure our customers leave wanting to return is paramount.
