We have an exciting opportunity for a Team leader to join our team to help run our Toddler section and Flying start expansion.
You will lead your own team, working closely with another section leader to deliver the required flying start guidelines.
You will organise and implement age appropriate activities in line with the early years framework, flying start guidelines and curriculum for Wales.
You will develop positive parent partnerships, have good communication skills and good leadership skills.
A good understanding of infection control and risk assessment.
You would have a Level 3 qualification, either with a level 4 or 5 or you would be happy to work towards your level 4 or 5 qualification.
