ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicatedPersonal Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide dedicated support to our Curriculum Directors. This is a key role at the heart of our academic leadership, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the smooth and effective running of the College\'s curriculum operations.
As the Personal Assistant to Curriculum Directors, you will be the go-to person for carrying out secretarial and personal assistant duties including dealing with incoming mail, responding to and delegating post appropriately, typing correspondence, reports, presentations, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and supporting strategic projects that enhance the student experience.
You\'ll be instrumental in ensuring our Curriculum Directors can focus on delivering excellence in teaching and learning, while you take care of the operational and administrative details behind the scenes.
Successful candidates should hold a minimum of 5 GCSE\'s (including Maths & English or equivalent) and a Business Administration or PA qualification, or significant work experience in a relevant role. You must have a minimum of 2 years PA experience and have worked closely with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups. Previous experience of working in an education environment is considered advantageous.
