We are looking for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join us - from newly qualified up to 7 years' PQE. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcome. You will handle a varied caseload of private family work, including private children matters, divorce and financial remedy cases, as well as drafting pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements. Thanks to the firm's nationwide reach, your client base will extend well beyond the North West. We are genuinely flexible on working arrangements – you can be based at our Lancaster head office, work remotely or split your time however suits you best; the balance is negotiable depending on experience and following an appropriate induction period.
