Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for process and accuracy? We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team at the Kendal Distribution Centre and help ensure stock integrity across our supply chain.
About The Role
As Inventory Controller, you’ll play a critical role in supporting efficient inventory operations across our supply chain. Working cross-functionally with distribution, buying & merchandising, stores, and finance teams, you’ll help ensure stock accuracy, maintain location data, manage product setups, and resolve discrepancies.
Purpose of the Role
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks in line with supply chain processes
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies across the supply chain
- Support new product setup and location optimisation within the distribution centre
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records and WMS data
- Generate relevant stock and performance reports for management
- Uphold all QHSE processes and procedures on site
Knowledge and Experience
- 2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and WMS systems
- Experience in warehouse operations, stock investigations, and reconciliation
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid Reach & Counterbalance truck licences
