We are looking for a Retail Colleague (our Retail Assistant). As a Retail Colleague you won’t just be helping customers visiting our store – you’ll be bringing a bit of theatre to the retail experience with your special brand of enthusiasm. You’ll be someone who not only loves our products but who lives them in their daily life; using our utensils before work and again at home, bringing our products to life for customers so they can see their unique benefits.
The role requires you to use your product knowledge to sell and demonstrate items, engage customers, maintain a high level of service, and support the team. It is not for those who prefer to stay in the background but for those who see the store as a stage and will put our products in the lead role.
We offer a competitive salary, a group personal pension plan, 29 days’ paid holiday (including bank holidays), generous discounts on our products and the chance to work in a great retail environment and socialise with the team.
