Are you a driven marketing professional with a flair for digital acquisition and a passion for delivering results? Lakeland, a leader in creative kitchenware, home solutions, and seasonal inspiration, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at our Windermere Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow our affiliate marketing programme, working with publishers via platforms like AWIN and beyond.
- Manage digital partnerships, including student and referral schemes, and explore new opportunities to expand reach.
- Plan and deliver direct mail campaigns in line with key trading moments throughout the year.
- Report on all campaign activity, focusing on spend, sales performance, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Support additional paid digital channels (PPC, paid social) when required.
- Champion data transparency and ensure alignment on attribution methods with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align digital activity with content and trading plans.
- Use customer insight and media testing to refine and optimise the marketing mix and budget.
- Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing to continually implement best practices.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, ideally B2C and within a multichannel business.
- Strong track record managing affiliate programmes and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google & Bing Ads, paid social platforms, and affiliate networks.
- Experience using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced Excel and strong reporting/analysis capabilities.
- Experience in managing third-party relationships, ideally media agencies.
