The Group's Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
This multifunctional role blends hands-on logistics picking, loading, and storage with onsite vehicle and trailer shunting. You'll take full ownership of safety, hygiene, and output, ensuring every load is accurate and every record is spot-on.
Your Impact:
- Drive Results: Process customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Take the Wheel: Safely shunt vehicles and trailers onsite (1 in 3 weeks).
- Own the Process: Troubleshoot issues, hit KPIs, and keep documentation sharp.
- Stay Sharp: Master new tech and equipment through ongoing training.
- Collaborate: Work solo or with the Production and Engineering teams to level up site standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Essential experience: Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
- Physical Agility: You're comfortable staying active - bending, reaching, and lifting packages up to 15kg.
- Driving Credentials: Possession of a full UK Valid driving licence is essential. Ideally you will hold a Class 1 License with previous shunting experience also; however, if you're willing to learn, we're happy to provide the training.
- A Team Player Mindset: You have top-tier communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptability: You're flexible and ready to support the team across various shift patterns as needed.
