Join Us at Our Ballyrashane Open Day! Looking for a new opportunity in food manufacturing? Lakeland Dairies is hosting an Open Day at our Ballyrashane site and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in joining our Production Team as Dairy Production Operators (Butter).
What can you expect from the role?
- Working within our Intake & Processing and Butter departments
- Supporting production targets and customer demand
- Maintaining high food safety, quality and health & safety standards
- Completing production and cleaning records
- Working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
We're looking for people who:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
- Are proactive and enjoy problem-solving
- Have production or manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential)
- Have an awareness of food safety standards
