Lakeland Arts is seeking a Visitor Experience Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations across its venues, including Windermere Jetty Museum, Abbot Hall, and Blackwell.

The role emphasises front-of-house leadership, safety, and delivering a consistently high standard of guest service.

You will work 37.5 hours per week across Tuesday to Saturday with occasional evenings and holiday cover, reporting to the Visitor Experience Manager.
