As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role within the kitchen brigade, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and delivering consistently high standards of food preparation and service. You will take pride in maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and food safety while contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a motivated chef who is keen to develop their skills, take ownership of a section, and progress within the team. There is potential for development and progression to Junior Sous Chef for the right candidate. Occasionally, the Chef de Partie may also support catering delivery and events at other Lakeland Arts venues, ensuring consistency of standards when required.

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
