Job Summary
- Support daily golf operations, including managing tee times, guest check-in, and pace of play.
- Assist with tournament and outing setup, scoring, and event coordination.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to resort guests and members in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Operate the golf shop point-of-sale system and assist with merchandising and inventory organization.
- Help maintain practice facilities, staging areas, and overall presentation of the golf operation.
- Coordinate with outside services staff to ensure seamless cart staging, bag handling, and guest arrivals.
- Communicate course conditions, policies, and resort offerings clearly and professionally.
- Promote golf programs, lessons, and resort amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Compensation
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for full‑time seasonal hours and a starting wage range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. Potential season dates April 1 – November 15. Employee housing available. Uniform, meals, and unrestricted free golf rounds are all included. Plus, enjoy Superintendent golf outings with career development and potential for long‑term employment. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- For interns, must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a turfgrass, horticulture, or related program.
- Fundamental knowledge of PGA rules and the game of golf.
- Prior experience working on a golf course a plus, but not required.
- Successful completion of satisfactory background check.
- Demonstrates natural leadership qualities with a positive, team‑focused attitude.
- Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
